How much does delivery cost?
There are three parcel sizes: small, medium and large. Prices, based on location, for each parcel size are as shown below. Minimum shipping charge is £19.99
We will normally contact you once the order is placed if your panel has an extra delivery charge.

For very large order sizes, we reserve the right to re-quote the delivery charge before acceptance and shipment of your order.
Small – splashback with all lengths under 1300mm in any panel
Medium – on any splashback with any one length between 1300mm – 1600mm and second between 210mm - 1000mm
Large – splashbacks with any one length over 1600mm and second length between 210mm – 1200mm
When will I receive my order?
Due to the bespoke nature of the order time frames may vary. Below we give an Estimated Timeframe for manufacturing:
Clear Glass approx 3-4 weeks
Coloured Glass approx 4-5 weeks
Mirror glass approx 3-4 weeks
Printed Glass approx 5-7 weeks
Any shaped glass takes an extra 7 days on the above time frames.
We will do our very best to keep you informed, and dispatch your order as quickly as we can. Please note that, due to the bespoke nature of the product, on occasion there can be a delay arising from a quality issue or other unforeseen circumstances. We are unable to consider any claims of compensation for any such delays. if this happens we will do our best to keep the delay to a minimum. We will email you through tracking details as soon as it is ready to dispatch.
**Please note that if delivery is missed we will not be liable for any damage or breakage caused to the parcel by the courier. It is therefore in your best interest to make sure that someone can receive delivery - the panels are toughened glass but are still easily damaged.
**Also note that once the parcel leaves ourselves you will be responsible for taking delivery of the parcel - if you have not received it within 3 days we would advise you call your local depot and check. If the courier attempts delivery and there is no-one home they will only hold it for a few days before returning the parcel to us - we would then have to charge a re-delivery fee to get the panel back to you. We will cover the safe delivery of the parcel to you up until the first delivery attempt.
Once the courier has attempted the first delivery to you, we will no longer be liable for any damages that may occur to the parcel whilst in the hands of the courier.
Also, we will cover any damages in the first 3 days from date of dispatch until it has been received by yourself. If you chose to delay the delivery of your parcel we will not be liable for any damages occurred after this time period.
*We will close over July from 13th - 24th inclusive for the standard NI holiday period. This will effect the timeframes above.
How is my parcel delivered?
Delivery is usually 2 working days for Mainland UK and 3-4 working days for Highlands&Islands.
We ship from Northern Ireland using TNT courier.
As soon as your parcel is collected we will email you through your courier and tracking details. You will need to make yourself available on the day of delivery as we can not provide a specific delivery time.
Will all of my goods be sent at the same time?
We will dispatch your complete order at the same time, however, if part of your order contains a panel over 1600mm it may need to go on a separate route and can sometimes arrive a day or two after the main panel.
When do you normally attempt deliveries?
We use a courier service and their delivery times are usually between 8am – 6pm. A signiture will be required for delivery.
What happens if I am not in when a delivery is attempted?
If you are not in at the time of delivery and have given special delivery instructions, the courier will try their utmost to follow these instructions. If no instructions are given, the courier will return the item to the depot.
You should try and get in touch to arrange a redelivery within 24 hours, as they can usually call back the following day if requested. If you do not contact the courier within 3 days of the first delivery attempt they will return the parcel to us and an extra delivery charge will be applied for a new delivery.
How do I track my delivery's progress?
Once your order has been collected from ourselves we will email you through your personal consignment number and web site address for tracking your parcel.
