Covid 19 Statement
At present all our systems are running smoothly and our time-frames as stated on the website are being met with the exception in some cases for coloured/painted splashbacks which can take a little longer to complete due to the reduced staffing levels.
Minimum staffing levels will be maintained to cover the office and to answer any questions you may have regarding your order. It may be best to contact us either by email or chat messenger (on the website) as the phones may not be monitored at all times.
With this product type there are various stages of production that a panel goes through and it takes a number of departments and individual handling to get each panel through production.
We rely on glass, ink, paint etc.. coming in from the EU, we rely on our staff being healthy to handle the orders, and lastly we also rely on the courier service to deliver the products to you in good condition.
We are committed to try and avoid delays as much as possible. However, with the current economic climate and the corona virus forcing closures and delays, this will be affected in the coming weeks, it is difficult to gauge by how much at present.
We ask that if you decide to place an order with ourselves, that there is an understanding that we may take a little longer to complete the order if faced with delays due to the lockdown process that seems to be starting. As stated, we will always endeavour to fulfil all orders as quickly as possible.
If there are any significant issues that arise that will affect the business time frames for manufacture and delivery we will let you know and keep you updated. We are a local business and our main focus will be to trade as normally as possible and we will do all we can to keep our staff and customers happy and informed.
